Admissions Officer - Bilingual

About the role

The Canadian College of Kuwait is seeking a bilingual Admissions Officer to support prospective students and families, primarily from Arabic‑speaking markets in Kuwait. You will provide counselling, manage enquiries, and guide applicants through the admissions process while representing the college on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Advise prospective students and parents on programmes, admissions requirements, scholarships and the application process.
• Respond to enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email and during campus visits; schedule appointments and follow up promptly.
• Manage student enquiries, leads, applications and records accurately in the admissions system or CRM.
• Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to support documentation, admission and enrolment.
• Support marketing activities, school visits, education fairs, presentations and community outreach.
• Track prospective students from initial enquiry through registration and report admissions activities and results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 1–3 years of experience in admissions, student recruitment, marketing, education counselling or sales.
• Experience counselling Arabic‑speaking students and parents, school and community outreach, or digital marketing in Kuwait is an advantage.
