Agentic AI Specialist

About the role

The Agentic AI Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site position in Kuwait focused on designing and deploying AI‑driven solutions that enhance the firm’s agentic products. You will work closely with business units to translate process challenges into intelligent automation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for agentic AI, AI agents, and automation.
• Design and build workflows that integrate LLM agents, vector databases, and existing reporting systems.
• Implement real‑time voice experiences, including STT/TTS integration and latency optimisation.
• Develop and maintain messaging integrations such as WhatsApp Business and Meta APIs.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in software or ML engineering.
• Proven track record of shipping LLM agents to production with tool/function calling, multi‑step orchestration, memory/state management and guardrails.
• Strong problem‑solving ability, excellent documentation skills, and experience collaborating with non‑technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• Python (TypeScript a plus)
• LLM agent frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain or custom)
• RAG, vector databases, prompt design, agent evaluation and tracing
• Real‑time voice APIs (STT/TTS) and latency tuning
• Backend fundamentals: APIs, Docker, AWS, Git, testing
• Security awareness: prompt injection, multi‑tenant data isolation
