Team Lead – Cloud & Infrastructure

About the role

The Team Lead – Cloud & Infrastructure will head a group of Microsoft architects, consultants and engineers delivering Azure, Microsoft 365 and hybrid infrastructure solutions. The role ensures technical quality, delivery excellence and the professional growth of the team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of engineers and consultants within the Cloud & Infrastructure practice.
• Oversee design, implementation and migration of Azure, Microsoft 365 and on‑premises or hybrid infrastructure solutions.
• Ensure delivery follows Microsoft best practices and the technical standards set by the Center of Excellence.
• Support presales activities, including requirements gathering, solution design, effort estimation and technical proposals.
• Act as the technical escalation point for complex incidents and project risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Microsoft infrastructure and cloud technologies, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role.
• Proven experience delivering cloud migration and hybrid infrastructure projects for enterprise or government clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
