AI Enablement & Adoption Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an AI Enablement & Adoption Specialist to bridge our AI tools and the teams that use them. You will design training, provide support, and help embed AI into daily workflows across our e‑commerce beauty business.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver AI enablement programs, workshops, and hands‑on training for employees and department heads.
• Create role‑based training materials, guides, SOPs and best‑practice documentation, emphasizing AI capabilities, limitations and ethics.
• Serve as the first point of contact for AI‑related issues, troubleshoot tool, workflow and access problems, and maintain support logs and FAQs.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, product managers and vendors on technical escalations and tool roll‑outs.
• Gather user feedback, track adoption metrics and prepare progress reports for continuous improvement.
• Provide tailored Microsoft Copilot training and first‑level support, develop prompt libraries and usage guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science or a related technical field, or an equivalent project portfolio.
• 3–5 years of experience in AI enablement, digital‑tool support, product operations, IT support or technical training.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and act as a change ambassador.

Required skills

• Familiarity with generative AI platforms and AI‑powered SaaS products.
• Experience with automation and analytics tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Copilot.
• Knowledge of ticketing/help‑desk systems.
