BI & ETL Developer

About the role

We are looking for a BI & ETL Developer to design, build and maintain our data warehouse solutions. The role involves creating robust data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and supporting enterprise reporting and analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop dimensional and normalized data models (star/snowflake) for reporting.
• Implement and maintain DWH layers (staging, core, presentation/marts) and enforce data standards.
• Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines from ERP, operational systems, flat files and APIs using SQL and ETL tools.
• Schedule, monitor and optimise jobs for reliability, performance and incremental loads.
• Implement automated data quality checks, perform root‑cause analysis and document data lineage.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–6 years of hands‑on experience in ETL/ELT development and data warehousing.
• Strong SQL skills including advanced queries, performance tuning and indexing.
• Proven experience designing and implementing DWH data models.
• Experience integrating ERP data (e.g., Oracle JDE) is highly desirable.
• Excellent documentation abilities.

• RDBMS platforms – SQL Server, DB2, Snowflake.
• Data‑quality frameworks and reconciliation methods.
