AI Enablement & Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an AI Enablement & Support Specialist to lead the adoption, daily operation, and optimisation of AI‑powered tools across the organisation. You will act as the main point of contact for users, ensuring AI solutions are embedded in everyday workflows and deliver measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Support the rollout, adoption, and day‑to‑day operation of AI‑driven tools across multiple business functions.
• Provide primary user support, troubleshooting, and guidance for AI‑related issues.
• Design and deliver structured AI enablement and training programmes for non‑technical users.
• Create and maintain SOPs, user guides, and best‑practice documentation.
• Troubleshoot prompt‑engineering challenges, workflow gaps, and adoption barriers.
• Monitor tool usage, adoption metrics, and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with AI Engineers, Product Managers, and IT teams to translate user needs into product enhancements.
• Support change‑management initiatives linked to AI adoption and digital transformation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• 3–5 years of experience in AI enablement, digital‑tools support, product operations, or technology training.
• Proven experience driving organisation‑wide tool adoption and digital‑transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and communication skills across technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Patient, structured, solution‑oriented approach with a service‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Copilot.
• Hands‑on experience with generative AI platforms and AI‑enabled business tools.
• Familiarity with ticketing and support systems for issue tracking and resolution.
• Ability to troubleshoot prompt‑engineering challenges and workflow inefficiencies.
