Application Engineer – Building Services & HVAC

About the role

The Application Engineer will support sales and technical teams in the building services and HVAC sector, ensuring smooth coordination from quotation through delivery. The role bridges customers, manufacturers and internal departments to deliver accurate solutions and maintain project pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Sales & marketing coordination, including quotation and project pipeline management.
• Purchase order evaluation, acknowledgement, estimation and commercial approval.
• Coordination with manufacturers, suppliers and internal teams such as Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics and Finance.
• Delivery, inventory management, material coding, tracking and invoicing.
• Preparation and booking of sales orders and handling technical documentation, catalogues and product data.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Building Services Engineering or related field.
• Valid Kuwait transferrable visa.
• Relevant experience in building services, HVAC, valves, insulation, instrumentation or related products.
• Experience preparing technical/commercial quotations and processing purchase orders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and customer‑service orientation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with Oracle or SAP systems.
