Asphalt Plant QA/QC, Operator & Engineer Positions – Urgent Hiring

About the role

We are urgently hiring experienced professionals for our asphalt plant in Kuwait. Positions are available for QA/QC specialists, plant operators, and engineers to support production, quality assurance, and overall plant efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• QA/QC: Conduct laboratory and field testing, monitor quality, and maintain documentation.
• Operator: Manage plant operations, control production output, and handle equipment.
• Engineer: Oversee plant operations, ensure maintenance, and improve production efficiency.

Required profile

• QA/QC: 3–5 years of asphalt testing and quality control experience.
• Operator: 2–5 years of asphalt plant operation experience.
• Engineer: 3–8 years of plant operations or road project experience.
