Automotive Sales Administrator

About the role

The Sales Administrator provides essential administrative support to the sales team, coordinating vehicle bookings, processing documentation, and ensuring accurate reporting. This role is pivotal in maintaining smooth day‑to‑day sales operations within the automotive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily reports on PDI status, sales summaries, and showroom activity logs.
• Generate stock‑related KPI reports as requested by management.
• Book vehicles using the FIFO method based on sales consultants' requests.
• Process vehicle orders and coordinate with relevant departments to move them to PDI.
• Follow up with Logistics and Delivery on accessories, vehicle readiness, and registration.
• Coordinate fleet deals, handling order processing, documentation, invoicing, delivery follow‑up, and reporting.
• Ensure vehicle files are complete and accurate before handover to Delivery.
• Liaise with administrative teams regarding vehicle readiness and registration processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales administration, coordination, accounting, or data reporting, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• Ability to meet deadlines and comply with standard operating procedures.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, advanced functions).
• Strong command of Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to quickly learn and operate internal business systems or ERP software.
