Banquet Manager and Executive Pastry Chef (Kuwait)

About the role
Royalty, a leading premium catering and banquet company in Kuwait, is expanding its team. We are looking for an experienced Banquet Manager and an Executive Pastry Chef to uphold our high standards of service and culinary excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Banquet Manager: Oversee banquet and event operations from setup to completion, lead service teams, coordinate with kitchen, sales and operations, and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Executive Pastry Chef: Manage the pastry and bakery department, develop new dessert concepts, maintain quality and hygiene standards, train and supervise the pastry team, and control inventory.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in banquet management or a similar hospitality role.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pastry and bakery operations with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong leadership, communication and organizational abilities.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
