About the role

Al Dhow is seeking Order Takers to support its restaurant operations in Kuwait. The role involves receiving and processing customer orders accurately while delivering a high level of service. Candidates must already be residing in Kuwait and have experience in a restaurant or customer‑service environment. This is a full‑time permanent position within the hospitality sector.

Key responsibilities

Receive customer orders through various channels and enter them correctly into the system.
Confirm order details with customers and ensure timely delivery of service.

Required profile

Currently residing in Kuwait.
At least one year of relevant restaurant or customer‑service experience.
Ability to accurately receive and process orders.
Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
