Beauty Advisor – Retail Sales & Customer Service

About the role

The Beauty Advisor represents the brand inside a retail store, driving sales through expert product knowledge and outstanding customer service. You will create a welcoming environment, maintain visual standards, and ensure smooth store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell a wide range of cosmetics and accessories, demonstrating makeup techniques.
• Identify customer needs, recommend suitable products, and upsell using up‑to‑date brand knowledge.
• Maintain store presentation, stock layout, and visual merchandising according to company standards.
• Handle the POS and billing counter, process cash, card, voucher and automatic debit payments, and issue accurate receipts and refunds.
• Perform cash tally at the start and end of each shift and ensure secure handling of money.
• Monitor store security, uphold housekeeping standards, and minimize stock loss.
• Record inventory movements and generate related reports.
• Promote the loyalty program to encourage repeat purchases.
• Work flexible hours, including extended periods during sales or festivals.
