BMC Helix ITSM System Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced BMC Helix ITSM System Administrator to join our IT service delivery team in Kuwait. The role focuses on configuring, customizing, and maintaining BMC applications while delivering complex reporting solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and administer BMC Dashboard reports and complex formula‑based analytics.
• Work on BMC TrueSight modules for both development and ongoing administration.
• Customize and develop BMC applications to meet business needs.
• Create and manage inventory catalogs within the BMC ecosystem.
• Provide day‑to‑day configuration, troubleshooting, and support for BMC Helix ITSM.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• BMC Helix ITSM Application Development & Administration certifications.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT service delivery.
• At least 5 years of hands‑on experience configuring and managing BMC applications.
• Fluent English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
