About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Business Analyst to join our team in Kuwait. The role bridges business needs and technical execution, focusing on product requirements, market intelligence, and quality assurance of digital offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications for product and engineering teams.
• Conduct in‑depth research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and benchmark competitor features.
• Design and execute comprehensive QA processes to ensure data accuracy and a seamless user experience for new feature releases.
• Develop and maintain high‑quality product documentation, including user manuals, feature guides, and internal release notes.
• Create compelling presentations for internal leadership, sales teams, and clients to communicate product value and roadmaps.
• Partner closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Technology teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Analyze HR metrics and data to provide actionable insights that support future product planning and roadmap development.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in business analysis, product support, or a related analytical role.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic (full professional level).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
• Strong research capabilities and a detail‑oriented approach to comparative analysis.
• Proactive, problem‑solving mindset and ability to take initiative in a fast‑paced environment.
