As a Business Associate, you'll work directly with business owners and decision‑makers to understand their HR challenges and introduce solutions that improve the way they manage their workforce. Key responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential business clients.

• Build and maintain relationships with decision‑makers.
• Manage opportunities throughout the sales process.
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Achieve monthly business development goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 0–3 years of experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional, confident, and self‑motivated.
• Passion for technology and business.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
