About the role
The company is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to drive sales and manage customer relationships in Kuwait. The role involves proactive outreach, handling inquiries, and converting leads into successful admissions.
Key responsibilities
- Follow up with existing customers and maintain strong relationships.
- Conduct cold‑calling and generate new leads.
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Close admissions and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain accurate customer data and prepare regular reports.
Required profile
- Previous experience in sales or customer service (minimum 1 year in tele‑sales).
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Target‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
- Immediate availability to join the team.
Required skills
What we offer
- Basic salary ranging from 250 KWD to 290 KWD.
- Performance‑based incentives and commission.
- Full‑time permanent contract.
