Business Development Manager – Kuwait

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, result‑oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Kuwait. The role focuses on expanding our portfolio of MEP and civil interior projects, building strong client relationships, and driving new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the MEP and civil interior sectors.
• Develop and manage project pipelines from lead generation through contract negotiation.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring their project requirements are met.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client specifications.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Arabic nationality preferred.
• Proven experience in handling MEP and interior/civil interior projects.
• Valid driving licence preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
