Call Center Representative – Customer Service

About the role

The Call Center Representative will be the first point of contact for SRVME customers, handling inquiries, providing information and resolving issues efficiently. The role requires strong communication skills, patience and a customer‑first attitude to ensure a positive service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and messages, responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about SRVME’s services.
• Handle customer complaints, resolve issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Record interactions and update CRM systems with detailed notes.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and service quality.
• Meet performance targets such as call‑handling time, satisfaction and resolution rates.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery service.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service or call centre roles is an advantage.
• Strong verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively and work under pressure.
• Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
