About the role

The Card Settlement Specialist provides essential support to ensure accurate processing of card‑related settlements and compliance with internal audit policies. This role works closely with senior team members to resolve discrepancies and maintain smooth financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare all documents required for card settlement processes.
• Submit settlement documents for verification by senior team members.
• Compile and forward necessary paperwork for Accounts Receivable.
• Coordinate with senior staff to resolve Visa and MasterCard related issues.
• Support internal and external audit activities related to settlements.
• Report any violations or errors to senior team members to reduce error rates.
• Provide data and information needed for report preparation.

Required profile

• Educational background in Accounting or Business.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures.
• Effective communication skills for coordination with senior team members.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Visa and MasterCard settlement processes.
• Familiarity with accounts receivable documentation.
