Cards Product Manager – Banking Transformation (Kuwait)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Cards Product Manager to join an exciting banking transformation project with a leading financial institution in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in credit card product management, portfolio growth, loyalty programs, and new card product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow the credit card and SME credit card business.
• Lead new card product launches, customer acquisition, and loyalty program initiatives.
• Manage credit card portfolio performance, including profitability, card activation, spending, and customer retention.
• Oversee card issuing platforms, digital wallets, tokenization, and payment processing readiness.
• Coordinate with Product, Technology, Operations, Marketing, Compliance, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery.

Required profile

• 8+ years of cards product and portfolio management experience.
• Proven track record launching credit card products and managing loyalty programs.
• Strong knowledge of the Kuwait cards market, loyalty landscape and regulatory requirements.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
