Chef de Cuisine – Levantine Cuisine

About the role

The Chef de Cuisine – Levantine Cuisine will lead the kitchen team in a Hilton hotel, creating authentic Levantine dishes while ensuring an exceptional guest experience. You will be responsible for menu development, staff training, and controlling food costs to support the property’s Food & Beverage revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update Levantine menu items in line with brand standards.
• Recruit, train, schedule and motivate the kitchen brigade to maintain high performance.
• Maintain consistent quality and presentation of all dishes.
• Handle guest relations and resolve issues in the absence of the Executive Chef.
• Prepare and manage rotas to meet business needs.
• Monitor and control food costs, contributing to profitability.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine with a focus on Levantine cuisine.
• Creative approach to food and strong supervisory abilities.
• Positive attitude, excellent communication and grooming standards.
• Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and evenings.
• Relevant culinary qualifications.
