About the role

Grand Hyatt Kuwait is seeking a passionate Chef De Cuisine to lead Liberté, a modern brasserie located in the 360 Mall. The role involves hands‑on leadership in a high‑energy, all‑day dining environment.

Key responsibilities

Ensure smooth and efficient day‑to‑day operations of the eatery.
Provide hands‑on leadership, strong people management and clear communication to inspire the team.

Required profile

Previous experience as Chef De Cuisine in brasserie‑style restaurants.
Inspirational and engaging leader with exceptional interpersonal skills.
Strong passion for food trends and restaurant innovation.
Pre‑opening experience in large hotel operations is advantageous.
