Grand Hyatt Kuwait is seeking a passionate Chef De Cuisine to lead Liberté, a modern brasserie located in the 360 Mall. The role involves hands‑on leadership in a high‑energy, all‑day dining environment.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure smooth and efficient day‑to‑day operations of the eatery.
- Provide hands‑on leadership, strong people management and clear communication to inspire the team.
Required profile
- Previous experience as Chef De Cuisine in brasserie‑style restaurants.
- Inspirational and engaging leader with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Strong passion for food trends and restaurant innovation.
- Pre‑opening experience in large hotel operations is advantageous.
