Commercial Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Project Manager to drive local growth for Deliveroo in Kuwait. The role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Operations and Account Management, using data‑driven insights to refine our Consumer Value Proposition and launch high‑impact commercial initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of strategic commercial projects, from planning through post‑implementation review.
• Serve as the primary bridge between Marketing, Operations and Account Management to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
• Use data analysis to optimise the Consumer Value Proposition, focusing on selection, affordability and customer experience.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategic planning.
• Own reporting for growth and CVP metrics, providing evidence‑based insights for decision‑making.
• Drive local rollout of cross‑functional initiatives, coordinating across all departments.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in project management or commercial strategy.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven use of data to influence commercial outcomes.
• Pragmatic problem‑solver able to navigate ambiguity in a high‑growth environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Good understanding of P&L dynamics and financial modelling (preferred).
• Experience in marketplace, consumer tech, FMCG or consulting is highly desirable.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with Looker (or similar data‑visualisation tools).
