Mid Market Account Manager – Kuwait

About the role

Deliveroo, now part of DoorDash, is looking for a Mid Market Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of high‑performing restaurant partners in Kuwait. You will work closely with local gems and national chains to improve operations, drive marketing initiatives and unlock growth opportunities on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Deliveroo restaurants in Kuwait, including high‑sales volume drivers and global brands.
• Lead the delivery agenda with partners, ensuring excellent fundamentals and executing joint growth initiatives.
• Negotiate and develop long‑term account plans with restaurant partners.
• Monitor operational metrics and support partners in improving service quality.
• Drive adoption of Deliveroo marketing tools, promotions and campaigns.
• Support partner onboarding and expansion onto the platform.
• Resolve day‑to‑day issues independently and collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing and Operations.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in a commercial role within a fast‑paced environment.
• Commercial mindset with ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Data‑driven, able to analyse data and tell a story.
• Strong organisational, relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Problem‑solving attitude and ability to navigate operational challenges.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with G‑Suite.
