About the role

Bayan Dental is seeking a Contact Center Agent to handle inbound and outbound communications, providing support to patients and clients in the dental and medical sectors.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification.
1–2 years of experience in a similar contact‑center role.
Experience in the dental or medical field is an advantage.
Ability to communicate effectively in Arabic.
Currently based in Kuwait.
Valid transferable residency.
