Customer Success Manager – AI & Microsoft 365 Copilot

About the role

We are looking for a customer success or consulting professional who wants to own how large organisations adopt AI, not just hand them a licence. The role is with a Microsoft partner that specialises in Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI adoption for enterprise and government customers across the Gulf, now expanding its presence in Kuwait. You will run workshops with executives and department heads, identify where Copilot truly changes work, and ensure real usage after deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Copilot workshops to executives, end users and whole departments across customer organisations.
• Identify practical Copilot use cases for teams in marketing, operations, HR and support.
• Map current customer workflows and design improved processes with Copilot.
• Train and support users to ensure genuine adoption, not just login activity.
• Guide customers through change management and new ways of working.
• Act as a trusted advisor, building relationships with stakeholders at every level.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years experience in customer success, consulting or business analysis.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 and Copilot, including delivering training or workshops.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, based in Kuwait.
• Technical or engineering degree is a plus and curiosity about AI impact on work.
