SharePoint Administrator / System Engineer (Kuwait)

About the role

We are looking for a SharePoint Administrator / System Engineer to manage and maintain our SharePoint On-Premises environments in Kuwait. The role involves installation, configuration, administration, and ensuring the reliability and security of SharePoint farms.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain SharePoint On-Premises environments (SharePoint Server 2016, 2019, Subscription Edition).
• Perform farm installation, configuration, and ongoing administration.
• Manage service applications, web applications, site collections, permissions and related settings.
• Conduct patching, upgrades, backup, restore and disaster recovery activities.
• Monitor performance, availability and troubleshoot issues across SharePoint, IIS, Windows Server, SQL Server and Active Directory.
• Use PowerShell for automation, configuration and problem resolution.
• Support incident resolution and perform root‑cause analysis for SharePoint‑related problems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years of hands‑on SharePoint On‑Premises administration.
• Proven experience with SharePoint Server 2016, 2019 and/or Subscription Edition.
