Demand Planner

About the role

Boutiqaat is seeking a Demand Planner to join its Supply Chain team. You will use data, trends, and business insights to forecast demand, optimise inventory, and ensure product availability across online and retail channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop demand forecasts using historical sales, seasonal trends, promotions and market insights.
• Monitor inventory levels across warehouses, stores and e‑commerce channels, identifying overstock or shortages.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support timely product replenishment and manage purchase orders, shipments and delivery schedules.
• Prepare regular reports on demand forecasts, inventory health and key performance metrics such as forecast accuracy and stock turnover.
• Maintain planning documentation, dashboards and Excel models, and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in demand planning, inventory management or supply chain coordination, preferably in retail or e‑commerce.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
• Experience with ERP or inventory planning software.
• Familiarity with reporting tools and business dashboards.
