Direct Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, results‑driven Direct Sales Representative to join our team in Kuwait. This full‑time position involves regular field visits, customer meetings, and product demonstrations.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new leads through prospecting, phone calls, field visits, networking, and customer referrals.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable water ionizer systems.
• Arrange and conduct product demonstrations for individual and business customers.
• Explain product features, operation, maintenance, pricing, payment terms, and warranty coverage.
• Address customer questions and objections using approved product information.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate within company guidelines, and close sales.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and follow up consistently with prospective customers.
• Record customer details, sales activities, and next steps in the company’s CRM or sales tracking system.

Required profile

• Previous experience in direct or field sales with a proven record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, objection‑handling, and closing abilities.
• Confident communication and presentation skills, including conducting product demonstrations.
• Proactive, independent work approach with excellent organization and time‑management.
• Customer‑focused, professional attitude.
• Full‑time availability in Salmiya for regular local customer visits.

Required skills
