Education Counsellor

About the role

As an Education Counsellor at Sanad, you will guide students through every step of their study‑abroad journey. You will help them identify suitable academic pathways, select universities and navigate the application process while providing ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide academic advising and assist students with university applications.
• Follow up with students to ensure continuous support throughout their enrollment process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and their parents.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service and contribute to achieving team targets.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capable of working under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
