EM Launch Lead & EMEA VMAX PAH Product Manager

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an experienced commercial leader to drive the launch of Imaavy in emerging markets and manage the EMEA Value Maximizers PAH portfolio. The role will be based in Saudi Arabia or Kuwait and will work closely with regional and global teams to maximize growth and minimize erosion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead commercial strategy and launch execution for Imaavy across emerging markets.
• Own the EMEA VMAX PAH portfolio, ensuring brand growth, promotional activities, and lifecycle management.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (OPCO, Global, ESO) to develop launch readiness dashboards, training, and resource plans.
• Manage market intelligence, biosimilar entry monitoring, and business insights.
• Drive best‑practice sharing between emerging market OpCos and guide OpCo on untapped opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial launch leadership within the pharmaceutical or med‑tech sector.
• Strong track record of managing multi‑regional product portfolios.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills.
