Corporate Marketing & Business Development Specialist

About the role

Dawrat is seeking a proactive, results‑driven Corporate Marketing & Business Development Specialist to accelerate the growth of its corporate training and business services. The role is focused on B2B marketing, lead generation, client engagement, partnership development, and the promotion of corporate training programmes across the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Generate qualified corporate leads through LinkedIn, email, social media, networking events and direct outreach.
• Identify and engage corporate decision‑makers, arrange meetings and deliver presentations.
• Promote corporate training programmes, workshops, seminars and professional development services.
• Create and launch corporate training offers, packages and promotional campaigns based on market needs.
• Develop and maintain a marketing agenda, calendars and promotional schedules for internal and external communication.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, MOUs, contracts and partnership documents.
• Follow up on proposals and opportunities to support business conversion.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with corporate clients, partners and key decision‑makers.
• Identify partnership and sponsorship opportunities and support expansion into new markets and industries.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and collaborate with design, content and training teams.
