Enterprise Account Manager – Kuwait

About the role

The Enterprise Account Manager will drive revenue growth for Lenovo infrastructure, Microsoft cloud & licensing, and cybersecurity solutions across Kuwait. The role focuses on building a robust enterprise pipeline and managing the full sales cycle for government, oil & gas, financial services, healthcare, education, and corporate customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end enterprise sales lifecycle, meeting monthly, quarterly and annual KPIs.
• Develop and maintain a qualified pipeline across multiple verticals.
• Lead RFP/RFQ/RFI processes, including requirement analysis, solution design, BOM creation, compliance checks and pricing.
• Position and sell Lenovo servers, storage, HCI and data‑centre infrastructure; Microsoft licensing, Azure, M365 and cloud migration services; cybersecurity offerings such as SOC/MSSP, network, endpoint and cloud security.
• Deliver customer presentations, demos and technical discussions to close deals.
• Collaborate with distributors and OEMs for deal registration, pricing support and forecasting.
• Provide accurate weekly pipeline reporting and revenue forecasts.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 + years of experience in enterprise sales, business development or account management.
• Proven track record managing SME accounts and coordinating with international vendors.
• Deep knowledge of the Kuwait market, tendering processes and key government entities.
• Established network within enterprise and government sectors is highly preferred.
