Enterprise Manager – Drive Growth in Kuwait

About the role

The company, a leading provider of telecom infrastructure, data centre, ICT and energy solutions, is looking for an Enterprise Manager to lead the growth of its Enterprise Division in Kuwait. The role focuses on expanding the customer base, driving revenue and positioning the organisation as a trusted partner for enterprise and government clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow the enterprise customer base, targeting 70% SME business and 30% government tenders.
• Identify opportunities across data‑centre, telecom, ICT, energy and infrastructure sectors.
• Build and manage high‑level relationships, lead solution presentations and commercial negotiations.
• Lead participation in major Kuwait government and enterprise tenders, coordinating technical and commercial proposals.
• Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure and ensure accurate reporting via CRM.
• Engage with global vendors and distributors to develop strategic partnerships.
• Collaborate with technical, pre‑sales, finance and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 + years of experience in enterprise sales, business development or account management.
• Proven track record managing SME accounts and tender‑based business.
• Strong background in ICT, telecom, data‑centre or energy‑related solutions.
• Experience working with global technology vendors.
