About the role

CompanyA is seeking a results‑driven Enterprise Sales Manager to lead the growth of its Enterprise Division in Kuwait. The role focuses on expanding the customer base, driving revenue across SME and tender‑based business, and positioning the organisation as a trusted partner for enterprise and government clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow the enterprise customer base in Kuwait, targeting 70% SME and 30% government tenders.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities in data centre, telecom, ICT, energy and infrastructure sectors.
  • Build and manage senior‑level relationships, lead solution presentations and commercial negotiations.
  • Lead participation in major government and enterprise tenders, coordinating technical, compliance and commercial submissions.
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure and maintain accurate reporting in CRM systems.
  • Engage with global vendors and distributors to develop strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with technical, pre‑sales, finance and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required profile

  • Minimum 10 + years of experience in enterprise sales, business development or account management.
  • Strong background in ICT, telecom, data‑centre or energy‑related solutions.
  • Proven track record managing both SME accounts and tender‑based business.
  • Hands‑on experience with global technology vendors such as Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet, Dell, HP, VMware or Palo Alto.
  • Deep understanding of the Kuwait market, tendering processes and key government entities.
  • Established network within enterprise and government sectors is highly preferred.
