About the role
The Enterprise Sales Manager will lead revenue growth for Sama X’s Starlink broadband solutions across Kuwait and other GCC markets. The role combines direct and indirect channel development to accelerate sales of high‑performance satellite connectivity for a wide range of customer segments.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, engage and close new business opportunities across the MENA region.
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain relationships with high‑value enterprise, government and VVIP clients.
- Develop proposals, negotiate terms and finalize contracts.
- Provide ongoing account management, upselling and cross‑selling.
- Conduct market research on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Represent the company at industry events to raise brand awareness.
- Lead direct web‑based marketing initiatives and develop indirect channel partnerships with ICT VARs, satellite providers and telecom operators.
- Support senior sales leadership with pipeline management, forecasting and KPI reporting.
- Achieve revenue targets and implement segment‑specific sales strategies.
Required profile
- University degree, preferably postgraduate, in business, telecommunications or engineering.
- 10+ years of sales experience in ICT, connectivity or broadband, with a proven track record of market development and target achievement.
- Existing strong contacts in Kuwait’s O&G, banking, government, maritime and logistics sectors.
- Experience in start‑up environments or building new business lines within larger groups.
- Strong commercial leadership and ability to position satellite broadband as a reliable solution.
