Equity Operations Manager

About the role

The Equity Operations Manager leads the operations and compliance of Deel’s global equity programs, covering stock options, audits, and cross‑border regulatory requirements. This role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant administration of equity for a growing, complex population of participants.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations of global equity programs, including stock option grants, exercises, and reporting.
• Manage equity audits and ensure adherence to SOX‑compliant practices.
• Navigate cross‑border regulatory requirements and international tax treatments.
• Collaborate closely with Legal, Payroll, People, and Finance teams to align equity processes with business needs.
• Oversee global equity reporting and monitor the impact of employment‑type changes on withholding tax liabilities.

Required profile

• Hands‑on expertise in administering equity programs using Shareworks.
• Strong knowledge of SOX compliance and cross‑border equity regulations.
• Experience with international tax treatments and global equity reporting.
• Proven ability to manage complex equity populations and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
