Financial Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The role will provide clear, accurate and insightful business and financial analysis, supporting business planning, project work and ad‑hoc reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and analyse the value drivers of the business.
• Create analytics around key performance indicators, including business performance, balanced scorecard, budgets, forecasts, market and revenue analysis, promotions, pricing, capital expenditure approvals, cash flow, working capital, cost analysis and customer profitability.
• Prepare clear analysis for monthly reports to highlight trends and developments.
• Support business planning and forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with business managers, providing high‑quality analysis and decision‑aiding support.

Required profile

• Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, CMA, MBA or equivalent.
• 1‑3 years of post‑qualification experience in finance.
• Strong analytical ability to identify and interpret key business drivers.
• Good knowledge of financial and management accounting concepts.
• Self‑starter, results‑driven and comfortable working on unstructured assignments.
• Positive attitude, flexibility to work in a multicultural environment.
• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
