Field Specialist – Artificial Lift

About the role

Join the Artificial Lift team of a leading oilfield services company, working on‑shore in Kuwait to operate and maintain Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) systems. You will execute field operations, ensure compliance with safety, quality and client regulations, and collaborate with engineering and contract teams.

Key responsibilities

• Install, run, inspect, modify and repair ESP pumps, motors, cables and related down‑hole equipment at the contractor’s base and on‑site.
• Perform pre‑commissioning checks and tests to guarantee successful start‑up and continuous operation of ESP systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures, apply safety precautions and carry out breakdown repairs and routine maintenance.
• Install, operate and maintain Y‑tool and Variable Speed Drive (VSD) systems.

Required profile

• Technical degree (diploma or higher) in a relevant field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in oil and gas, preferably with artificial lift equipment.
• Legal right to work in Kuwait.
• Product‑line training and hands‑on experience with ESP technology.
