Field Specialist III – Liner Hanger

About the role

The Field Specialist III – Liner Hanger is responsible for end‑to‑end execution of liner system operations at well sites. You will assemble, test, inspect, install and close liner hanger equipment while providing technical support to the Field Service Supervisor and crew.

Key responsibilities

• Attend classroom and computer‑based training as defined in the learning plan.
• Perform pre‑job briefings, equipment inspections and on‑site installations according to the job program.
• Conduct calculations to validate job design and equipment selection.
• Execute liner hanger operations, including installation, testing, troubleshooting and post‑job tool inspections.
• Prepare and submit accurate paperwork such as delivery tickets, job reports and time sheets.
• Provide field support by drafting job programs and procedures for customer‑specific well scenarios.
• Coordinate with drilling and completion teams, identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain tools and equipment, mentor junior personnel and perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience with liner hanger systems in oil‑field environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of liner hanger equipment and related documentation.
• Ability to work under pressure in field conditions and respond to emergencies.
• Excellent analytical, communication and client‑facing skills.
• Commitment to HSE standards and quality procedures.
