Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will oversee all financial and operational reporting for a hotel within the Dusit Group. This senior position ensures compliance with corporate standards, local regulations, and delivers accurate financial statements on time.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit financial and operational results promptly.
• Maintain accounting records in line with Dusit Group guidelines.
• Produce financial statements, reports, and statistical analyses as required.
• Ensure compliance with local fiscal laws, obtain necessary permits, and safeguard legal documents.
• Handle local tax matters, including income and other taxes.
• Approve cash disbursements, allowances, adjustments, and journal vouchers before posting.
• Sign off on daily, monthly, and audit reports.
• Interpret financial data for senior management and the Comptroller.
• Conduct departmental meetings, manage staffing levels, and promote effective communication.
• Supervise staff to maximize revenue, control costs, and maintain service standards.
• Implement energy, water, and waste conservation initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Dusit Group financial policies and local tax regulations.
• Proven ability to manage a finance department in a hospitality environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Effective communication with guests, staff, and senior management.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and handle multiple responsibilities.
