Finance Supply Chain Manager – Kuwait

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Supply Chain Manager to lead finance, governance and end‑to‑end supply‑chain operations for our client’s Kuwait business. The role is strategic, focusing on strengthening controls, improving cash flow and driving operational excellence to support sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all finance and supply‑chain activities for the Kuwait operation, ensuring financial integrity and operational effectiveness.
• Oversee financial record‑keeping, reconciliations and reporting, and manage month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end closing in line with corporate standards.
• Prepare statutory financial statements, coordinate external audits and act as the primary contact for auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Design and implement an internal control framework, governance policies and approval processes, ensuring segregation of duties.
• Strengthen expenditure controls, payroll governance and fraud‑prevention measures.
• Develop short‑ and long‑term cash‑flow forecasts, manage working‑capital initiatives and oversee treasury, banking relationships and foreign‑exchange exposure.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and business‑planning cycles, delivering financial analysis and performance insights.
• Evaluate profitability by product, channel and market, supporting pricing, portfolio and investment decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading finance and supply‑chain functions, preferably within the food & beverage or consumer‑goods sector.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, statutory compliance, internal controls and audit coordination.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cash‑flow forecasting, working‑capital optimisation and treasury activities.
• Excellent analytical skills with a track record of providing actionable performance insights to senior leadership.
• Experience establishing governance structures and managing relationships with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
