Forex Country Manager – Kuwait

About the role

As the Forex Country Manager for Kuwait, you will lead DB Investing’s expansion in the Kuwaiti market. You will be responsible for building a high‑performing sales team, establishing partnerships with Introducing Brokers, and driving client acquisition among high‑net‑worth and institutional investors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a market‑entry strategy to increase DB Investing’s market share in Kuwait.
• Lead sales initiatives, acquire new clients, and nurture relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals and institutions.
• Identify, onboard, and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs) to strengthen distribution channels.
• Achieve revenue targets through effective business development and sales performance.
• Build, coach, and manage a local sales and business‑development team.
• Ensure all activities comply with Kuwaiti regulatory requirements.
• Represent the brand at industry events and networking opportunities to boost brand awareness.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior role with a forex broker.
• Deep knowledge of forex trading, financial instruments, and local regulations.
• Extensive network of clients and Introducing Brokers in Kuwait.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong leadership and team‑building capabilities.
• Based in Kuwait with fluency in Arabic and English.
