Full/Associate/Assistant Professor of Business Administration

About the role

The American International University (AIU) in Kuwait seeks a full‑time faculty member to join its School of Business for the 2026‑2027 academic year. The position involves teaching Business Administration courses and general‑education subjects, contributing to research, and supporting university service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate courses such as Organization Behaviour, Business Computer Applications, Introduction to Business, Operations Management, and other general‑education classes.
• Integrate professional trends and emerging technologies into classroom experiences.
• Engage in scholarly research and publish peer‑reviewed work.
• Participate in curriculum development, mentoring, and startup initiatives.
• Provide service to the school and university, including accreditation activities.
• Collaborate effectively with students and colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in Business Administration – Management or a closely related field.
• Minimum five years of university‑level teaching experience for Associate and Full Professor ranks.
• Demonstrated professional or research expertise in business administration.
• Strong record of peer‑reviewed publications or recognized professional practice.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Experience working in multicultural academic environments.
