General Operations Manager – Delivery

About the role

We are looking for a General Operations Manager to lead our delivery operations in Kuwait City. The role involves overseeing daily activities, ensuring efficient service, and maintaining high performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily delivery operations smoothly and efficiently.
• Monitor driver and rider performance, attendance, and shift planning.
• Ensure timely deliveries and achievement of operational targets.
• Coordinate with clients, supervisors, and riders to align expectations.
• Address operational issues promptly and provide effective solutions.
• Prepare and present operational reports, maintaining performance standards.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in delivery or logistics operations.
• Strong knowledge of delivery management and operational processes.
• Experience handling drivers/riders and shift planning.
• Good communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage daily operations and solve issues efficiently.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
