Housekeeping Supervisor – 5-Star Hotel

About the role

A well‑reputed hotel in Kuwait is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team and oversee daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness standards across all guest rooms and public areas.
• Prepare staff rosters, schedule shifts, and manage housekeeping inventory and supplies.
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff on proper procedures and use of cleaning chemicals.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance teams to ensure timely room turnover.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and address any issues promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5 years experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor, preferably in a 5‑star hotel.
• Gulf region experience is preferred and candidate must hold a transferable visa (Article 18).
• Good command of English; knowledge of Hindi or Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to lead and supervise a team of 10–15 staff members.
• Must be presentable, active, and capable of multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
