HR Lead – Talent & Operations

About the role

Bureau Veritas is looking for an HR Lead to join its Kuwait office, supporting the Southern Middle East Region. You will partner with product line managers, the regional HR team, and the Country Chair to drive recruitment, talent development, and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the recruitment process, introduce innovative sourcing methods and ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs monthly and advise management on any deviations.
• Plan and coordinate induction and ongoing employee training initiatives.
• Implement and maintain the HRIS with accurate employee data.
• Support the Country Chair and senior HR leaders in PMP and other HR projects, including talent identification, leadership reviews, and policy implementation.
• Manage transactional HR activities such as employee onboarding, confirmations, separations, time‑keeping and absence records.
• Ensure 100% compliance with labor law, HSE regulations, and internal policies.
• Address employee grievances, improve retention, and oversee payroll processing.
• Lead local admin and HR support teams and coordinate regional reporting.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA in HR preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in core HR activities across any industry.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS systems.
• Strong recruitment and talent acquisition expertise.
• Payroll administration and compliance knowledge.
• Understanding of HSE regulations and training delivery.
