About the role
The Employee Relations Officer supports the daily operations of the Human Resources Employee Relations unit, providing administrative and clerical assistance to ensure smooth and efficient service to staff and external parties.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to all staff and external inquiries received through the HR helpdesk email promptly.
- Collect, sort, and distribute internal and external mail, and manage outgoing mail processing.
- Coordinate with IT to issue new access cards and distribute them to relevant staff.
- Maintain stationery orders for the department and handle special projects as required.
- Enter data into the Human Resource Information System related to employee relations functions.
- Prepare routine and non‑routine correspondence, manage filing systems, and act as the first point of contact for the Senior Manager’s office.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Well‑developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly developed organizational and time‑management abilities.
