About the role
The Special Works Division is looking for Industrial Coating Technicians to support the application of advanced protective coating systems through its international technology partner. The work covers pipelines, industrial flooring, storage tanks, process equipment and other critical industrial assets in the oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical, desalination and water sectors. The position is full-time and based in East Ahmadi, Kuwait.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out surface preparation and coating application.
- Operate coating equipment and application tools.
- Assist with quality inspections and project execution.
- Maintain coating equipment and consumables.
- Comply with all HSE and quality procedures.
Required profile
- ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in industrial painting or protective coatings.
- Experience in oil & gas, power generation or heavy industry is preferred.
Required skills
- Knowledge of abrasive blasting and airless spray application is an advantage.
